Kimberly has assisted me with four real estate transactions in the past 6 months. The first transaction was a purchase of a 1/2 acre lot. The second was to sell my home and the third was to buy a home with closings on the same day. The buying transaction was a bumpy road with the seller and almost fell through until Kimberly came up with creative ideas to make it work. The fourth transaction was to sell the original 1/2 acre lot. I originally tried to buy a $4500 lot listed on Zillow but the agent on Zillow did not want to help me with a legit question about its zoning.
